Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as servers, bartenders, or host/hostess is preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage presentation techniques Experience working in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high service standards Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and expert beverage knowledge!
