Davanti Enoteca in Western Springs is seeking experienced and personable Bartenders to join our team. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The ideal candidate has at least two years of restaurant experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages Provide attentive and welcoming service Accurately process orders and payments Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed Work closely with servers and support staff Follow all safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

At least two years of restaurant experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

Compensation:

$9.25 per hour + tips Benefits may include flexible scheduling, paid time off, insurance, and employee dining discounts based on eligibility.
