Responsibilities:
Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and creativity. Provide attentive and friendly customer service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age. Engage customers in a lively and positive manner. Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed. Follow the health and safety guidelines of the local health department to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds. Stamina and agility to handle a fast-paced and dynamic bar environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hiring Essentials:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Reliable and consistent transportation. Eligibility to work in the United States. Willingness to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check. 2 years of previous experience as a Bartender. Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
