Server/Bartender

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly; deliver to tables in a timely fashion
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standard recipes and guest preferences
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and all glassware and utensils
• Upsell beverages and menu items; maintain thorough knowledge of specials and promotions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely and accurate order preparation
• Handle cash transactions accurately; operate POS system
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed
• Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines Skills & Qualifications
• Previous serving or bartending experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service ethic and guest relations skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling and making change
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling is a plus
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is a plus
• Experience in catering, banquet, or full-service dining environments is a bonus
• Proven upselling and sales skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
