Fine Dining Servers/Bartenders

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Bartenders/Servers to join our team. As a Fine Dining Bartender/Server, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. Position Responsibilities

• Create Craft Cocktails using premium spirits and ingredients. (Bartender specific
• Follow restaurant drink recipes as well as creating daily or weekly drink specials (Bartender specific
• Provide education to guests regarding extensive bourbon/whiskey selections-Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Assist with setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous manner
• Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest servicesSkills
• Previous experience (5+ years) working in a fine dining restaurant or similar upscale establishment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
• Excellent math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices and regulations
