We serve a diverse range of guests — from families to theatre enthusiasts — and pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, fostering teamwork, and creating a welcoming atmosphere before every performance. Our Bartenders are responsible for crafting beverages quickly and accurately while providing exceptional guest service in a high-volume, entertainment-driven environment. This role requires a friendly personality, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to keep composure and efficiency during busy pre-show and intermission rushes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests Provide excellent service with a welcoming and engaging attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tools. Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system Work efficiently during high-traffic periods such as pre-show and intermission Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service Assist with inventory control, including restocking and product rotation Collaborate with theatre and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience Qualifications 1 year of bartending experience in a busy restaurant, theatre, or event venue preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high guest volume. Must be 21 years of age or older. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. POS experience preferred.
