Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service. Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar area for events like banquets or private parties, ensuring smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours while managing multiple tables or bar stations effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating drink recipes accurately. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly. Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage trends is a plus; previous catering or food industry experience is beneficial.
