In this role, you will be the backbone of our bar operations, ensuring a smooth flow of service by maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar environment and delivering outstanding drinks and hospitality. Whether mixing cocktails or assisting with food service, your proactive attitude will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Support bartenders by restocking liquor, garnishes, glassware, and supplies swiftly to maintain efficiency during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold health standards. Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed to ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment. Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to keep the dining area tidy and inviting. Operate Toast POS system for cash handling, order processing, and billing with accuracy. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively nightclub or banquet setting while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS system for efficient transaction processing. Experience working in fine dining, nightclubs, bars, banquet events, catering services, or hotel settings is a plus. Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards at the bar and dining areas. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently manage cash handling responsibilities. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food industry standards is advantageous. Prior bartending experience including cocktail mixing or barista skills is desirable but not mandatory.
