The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and strong knowledge for craft beers. The ideal person will have strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience in dining or nightlife settings, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Fixed Hours:

Wednesday 4pm-9:30pm (Server) Thursday 2:00pm-11:00pm (Bartend) Friday 4pm-9pm (server) Saturday 4pm-11:30pm (Bartend) Sunday 10am-4pm (bartend) Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Utilize Toast POS or for processing orders, managing tabs, and handling cash transactions efficiently. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their visit. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets and catering events as needed. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking identification and adhering to legal guidelines regarding alcohol service. Requirements Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience using Toast POS systems is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced setting.
