Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Manage Toast POS system to accurately process orders, payments, and tips while maintaining cash handling accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure all ingredients and garnishes are available for service. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Skills Proven experience in food handling, food safety, and responsible alcohol service within fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS, Micros POS, cashiering, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively in high-volume environments while multitasking across serving, bartending, and cash handling duties. Familiarity with catering, banquet experience, or food industry operations is highly desirable. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends can enhance your ability to serve unique drinks confidently. Demonstrated teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced hospitality environments.
