Bartender/Bar Leader

If you enjoy craft beer culture, creating memorable guest experiences, and working with a supportive crew, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do

• Serve craft beer, wine, cocktails, and food with excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area by following our lists of scheduled stocking and cleaning
• Recommend drinks and menu pairings to guests
• Oversee customer interactions to deliver outstanding service, handle complaints professionally, and foster a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle tabs, payments, and POS (Toast) transactions accurately
• Lead the team in beer knowledge
• Lead the bar team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient service delivery
• Follow cash/drawer procedures each shift
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste through effective stock management
• Work as part of a team during busy shifts and events
• Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines What We're Looking For
• Bartending or restaurant experience
• Knowledge of beer is a must; wine and spirits is a plus
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• A real passion for the craft beer culture
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Open availability, especially weekend and evening availability preferred
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service What We Offer
