Lead Bartender 950 Washington Street, Lagro, IN 46941 From $8 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $8 an hour - Part-time, Full-time We are looking for a bartender that is enthusiastic, experienced, and able to provide excellent customer satisfaction. This position will be a leader in the bar area, setting the pace for bar staff, and assisting in coordinating special events. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Handling of money and making change Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations End of shift Closing (close register, sweeping, mopping and general cleaning) Acting Shift Lead in bar area Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
