Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, professional Night Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for greeting guests, crafting classic and signature cocktails, maintaining a clean bar atmosphere, and ensuring responsible alcohol service during our peak late-night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately according to venue recipes. Interact warmly with guests, handle cash/card transactions via the POS system, and manage the register bank. Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with state and federal legal drinking age requirements. De-escalate customer conflicts smoothly and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Keep the bar top, glassware, and back-bar inventory clean, stocked, and organized throughout the night.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or event venue.
Licensing:
Valid state alcohol server permit/certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe, or local equivalent).
Schedule:
Open availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 30 lbs (ice, kegs, or liquor crates).
