Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently while providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclubs or banquet settings, responding promptly to any concerns Restock bar supplies regularly, track inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively Uphold all food handling regulations and beverage service protocols in compliance with health standards Assist with catering or banquet events by serving drinks efficiently in high-volume settings Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and retail math is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering functions or banquets Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions; familiarity with brewing or hospitality industry terminology is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in an energetic environment!
