Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional service in a vibrant atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending, be knowledgeable on various alcohols, and have a strong emphasis on customer service and the ability to craft high-quality beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Consistency is Key, but Creativity is Encouraged! Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment. Operate POS systems, including Square POS, to process orders efficiently. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Stay informed about menu offerings, including food pairings and beverage specials. Skills Proven experience in bartending. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality. Proficiency in operating POS systems. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Familiarity with brewing techniques is advantageous for crafting specialty drinks.
