Delivering exceptional guest service is a top priority. Setting the bar in order to execute successful service for an event. Preparing and serving professionally and courteously. Able to work well in a team, as well as independently. Able to manage time sufficiently. Able to execute all tasks assigned efficiently and up to expected standards. This position may also require waiting on tables in the designated bar area

Requirements:

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages Must have prior bartending and mixology experience. Knowledge of classic drinks such as Old Fashioned, Cosmo, Manhattan, Mules, etc. Able to interact with the guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. Ability to transport and carry objects such as glass racks and ice bins weighing up to 50 lbs. numerous times throughout the shift. Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours. Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English. Ability to listen effectively, process information quickly, and transfer knowledge to others to ensure standards of quality are met consistently.
