Your culinary knowledge and guest service expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, lively environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their event experience Serve food and beverages efficiently, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to safety standards Set up banquet areas with appropriate tableware, linens, and decorations to create an inviting atmosphere Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining environment Engage with guests to foster positive relations, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns professionally Ability to lift 50 lbs Availability on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays Available to travel to events out of town including Nebraska, Arkansas, Missourri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Per diem, travel and lodging including. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in banquet or catering environments Demonstrated bartending skills with knowledge of drink mixing, wine service, and beverage presentation Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong guest service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables or events simultaneously Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and hotel or restaurant experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced setting Join us to bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to every event.
