Rooted in thoughtful hospitality and elevated celebrations, our team is passionate about creating events that feel warm, intentional, and seamlessly executed from beginning to end. As we continue building and expanding our bar program, we are currently seeking experienced Event Bartenders to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced event environments, value genuine guest connection, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, service-forward team. Position Overview Our bartenders play an important role in the overall guest experience by providing polished, efficient, and welcoming bar service during weddings, corporate gatherings, and private events. In addition to bartending, this position includes assisting with bar preparation, event execution, venue breakdown, and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout service. This position also collect gratuity if given by the client but should not be assumed. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages with consistency and professionalism Provide warm, attentive, and efficient guest service throughout each event Assist with preparing, setting up, and stocking bars, satellite beverage stations, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar and prep areas before, during, and after events Monitor alcohol service responsibly and professionally Support event setup and teardown, including lifting and moving event-related items as needed Communicate clearly and effectively with venue managers, culinary teams, and fellow bartenders throughout service Uphold Willow Creek service standards while contributing positively to the team environment Qualifications Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Minimum of 2 years of bartending or restaurant experience preferred Wedding, catering, or event experience strongly preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Professional, dependable, and punctual Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation required Weekend availability required, particularly Fridays and Saturdays and some Sundays during peak season Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential What We're Looking For We are looking for bartenders who understand that hospitality goes far beyond pouring drinks and that even the small details must be considered. Lead Bartender Opportunity We are also currently seeking a Lead Bartender to help oversee the growth and execution of our bar program. This role will assist with cocktail recipes, batching and prep, citrus preparation, event execution, assigning tasks to bar staff as needed, and helping maintain consistency and efficiency across events. This individual is expected to be present as a bartender at a minimum of 80% of our events with bar annually.
