Job Summary:

Secret Society is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Craft Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. This is more than a bartending position—we're looking for someone who views cocktails as a craft and every guest interaction as an experience. What You'll Do Create exceptional classic and modern cocktails with consistency and precision. Develop seasonal cocktail specials and contribute creative ideas to our beverage program. Educate guests on spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer with confidence and enthusiasm. Deliver elevated hospitality while building genuine relationships with members and guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar at all times. Follow recipes and presentation standards while maintaining speed during busy service. Assist with inventory management, prep work, and bar organization. Work collaboratively with management and kitchen staff to create memorable dining experiences. What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques. Extensive understanding of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, syrups, fresh ingredients, and garnishes. Ability to balance creativity with consistency. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to recommend pairings and guide guests through our beverage menu. Previous experience in craft cocktail bars, upscale restaurants, or fine dining preferred. Bonus Qualifications Experience creating original cocktail menus. Wine and whiskey knowledge.
