Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as clover to process orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards while handling food and beverages responsibly. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems including clover for seamless order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Exceptional customer service skills to create welcoming atmospheres that encourage repeat visits. Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations.
