Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests. Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Participate in training new staff members on kitchen procedures and best practices. Mixing brand standard beverages Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; culinary school graduates are welcome. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for food, creativity in cooking, and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
