ARAMARK is seeking a Bar-back for the Overland Park Convention Center to support bar operations during events. In this role, you will restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and supplies; maintain clean, organized bar and storage areas; and assist bartenders with setup, basic drink preparation, keg changes, and breakdown. You will follow strict safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and bar supplies during events Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage, and service stations Assist with keg changes, ice stocking, and basic drink preparation as directed Collect, clean, and return glassware and bar tools to proper locations Follow all Aramark safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies Provide friendly, efficient support to ensure excellent guest experiences Assist with event setup and breakdown of bar stations Communicate inventory or equipment issues to supervisors promptly Required Skills Bar setup and breakdown Stocking and inventory management Basic beverage knowledge Glassware handling Sanitation and cleaning procedures Safe lifting and material handling Time management Teamwork in fast-paced environments Basic POS or order ticket familiarity Communication with bar and event staff
