Craft Putt is hiring bartenders who can handle a fast-paced environment, take care of guests, and show up ready to work. We're not a typical bar... we're an indoor mini golf + restaurant concept with a strong focus on guest experience. That means bartenders here aren't just making drinks but helping run the flow of the floor and keeping the energy right. If you're reliable, efficient, and know how to stay composed when things get busy, you'll do well here.

What You'll Do:

Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently Interact with guests in a friendly, confident, and professional way Maintain a clean and organized bar area Work alongside servers and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly Handle high-volume periods while staying composed and focused Help maintain the overall guest experience, not just the bar

What We're Looking For:

Strong reliability — if you're scheduled, you show up Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good communication and awareness during busy shifts Positive attitude without needing constant direction Previous bartending or service industry experience preferred

Compensation:

Base hourly + tips Typical total earnings range from $18-$28/hour depending on shift and volume High-volume nights and private events offer higher earning potential

Schedule:

Nights and weekends required Flexible scheduling, but reliability is non-negotiable
