Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. Whether working in a nightclub setting or at banquets, your ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences will be key to our success. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using Toast POS or similar systems. Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Stay informed about drink trends, brewing techniques, and new products to enhance the guest experience. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Experience Previous bartending experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. A passion for hospitality, sales, and creating enjoyable experiences for guests is essential.
