As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your ability to manage time effectively while delivering high-quality service will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety practices. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing and payment transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes to enhance guest experience. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently. Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety standards. Proficient in retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Basic bartending skills with an understanding of brewing techniques. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Previous experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.
