INTRODUCTION TO ROLE

The Snack Bar Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized environment within the Ice Cream Shop. Greeting our guests with a friendly smile Taking detailed and accurate orders Operating the machinery in a safe and clean manner De-escalating guest complaints in a professional and friendly manner Operating cash register

WHAT YOU BRING

Must be 15 years of age or older 100% attendance Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders
