We're seeking a bartender with strong technique, menu knowledge, and the ability to command the room with great service. If you're driven, detail‑oriented, and ready to shine in a high‑caliber cocktail program, this is your next home. Our aggressive hourly pay is $8.00-$10.00 dollars an hour plus tips. Duties Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. Provide warm, engaging hospitality — greet guests, read the room, and create a welcoming bar experience. Maintain a clean, organized bar including restocking, wiping down surfaces, and managing glassware. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and uphold responsible service standards. Collaborate with the bar team to keep service smooth during high‑volume periods. Prep ingredients and garnishes , batch cocktails, and assist with opening/closing duties. Stay knowledgeable about the menu , seasonal offerings, and any rotating features. Support overall bar atmosphere through professionalism, personality, and positive energy. Qualifications Proven bartending experience in a fast‑paced or craft‑focused environment. Strong cocktail knowledge — classic builds, proper technique, and willingness to learn house recipes. Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to engage guests and elevate their experience. POS proficiency and comfort handling cash, tabs, and high‑volume transactions. Ability to multitask while staying calm, organized, and efficient during peak hours. Solid understanding of responsible alcohol service and guest safety. Team‑oriented mindset with reliable communication and a positive attitude. Availability for nights, weekends, and special events as needed. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move quickly throughout a shift. We are a one-of-a-kind establishment, featuring craft cocktails, live music and spirits ranging from the early 1900's to modern day.
Pay:
$8.00 - $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
