Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tabs while maintaining efficient cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies to promote a safe environment. Restock bar supplies regularly, including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and utensils, to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or nightclub functions. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; hospitality background preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving laws. Experience in catering or food service environments enhances your ability to adapt quickly in various settings.
