Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning equipment. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Basic Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or a similar role in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Weekend availability.
