JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Mix and serve drinks following specified recipes. Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beer, and non-alcoholic selections available within the outlet. Working knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation method and garnishes of each drink. Maintain an orderly and clean bar , including, but not limited to, bar surface, draught area, coolers, wells, sinks, mixing materials, server area and lounge. Maintain product inventory and supplies including all liquors, beers, wines, mixes, garnishes, glassware, ice, and miscellaneous bar supplies throughout shift.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred. Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months and have no active disciplinary action during the last six months. Must be able to obtain required work cards, alcohol awareness cards and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction. Must be 20 + 1 day years of age or older. Must be able to obtain and provide S.T.A.R Certification prior to start of employment. The Mint Gaming Hall is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
