Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions seamlessly. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper food handling and food safety protocols are followed at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to health regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate serving procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure smooth service flow in high-volume settings like nightclubs or large events. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and food safety standards related to food handling and serving alcohol. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions and retail math calculations. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
