They shall also be cognizant of all major drink recipes and their proper amount of ingredients. A bartender at IHCC is responsible for learning the names of the individual members and having the ability to participate in the billing process that has been established. You must be 20 years old or older to become a bartender. In addition, a bartender at IHCC should: Mix traditional and creative cocktails Stock all bar products as needed Keep the bar area clean Bartenders as needed will, need to set bars up in various other locations. This would include stocking the glassware, liquor, ice, and other items needed to successfully serve the membership Reasonable knowledge of wine, demonstrating the ability to always learn more Complete knowledge of our availability of products Help the service staff when needed Other duties as assigned Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Knowledge of a second language is a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
