The ideal candidate will have experience cooking on a grill (especially burgers) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Bartending experience is a plus but not required, we're happy to train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both food service and connecting with customers. We're looking to hire immediately. Hourly wage + tips. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items, primarily grilled items such as burgers, to order Follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Perform food prep as needed before and during shifts Provide excellent food service by ensuring timely delivery of meals to customers. Learn basic bar tending duties if not already experienced Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Qualifications Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role within the food industry Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Bar tending experience is a plus (willing to train the right person) Ability to work 3-4 days per week between 10 AM and 7 PM or 7 PM - 2:30
