Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Barback, where you will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests! As a Barback, you will support our bartenders by ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and ready for action. Your enthusiasm and dedication to customer service will help keep the energy high and the drinks flowing in our vibrant nightlife setting. What you'll do Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure seamless service. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by regularly cleaning surfaces, glassware, and equipment to create a welcoming atmosphere. Help with food preparation and serving during busy shifts to enhance the overall guest experience. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for processing orders and transactions. Support banquet events by setting up bars and catering stations as needed, ensuring all items are organized and ready for service. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist guests with any needs they may have. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor. Basic qualifications Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in nightclub or bar settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Background in catering or banquet services is a plus. Experience as a barista or in kitchen roles can be beneficial.
