Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Process cash transactions efficiently using POS system such as TOAST; handle cash handling responsibly. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously by utilizing excellent time management skills during busy hours to ensure prompt service. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or related food service roles within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of POS system such as TOAST; adept at processing cash transactions accurately. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Extensive beverage knowledge including spirits, wine, craft beer, cocktail recipes, and food safety standards. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction and loyalty. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations, billing accuracy, and inventory management.
