In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a talented team of bartenders. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with strong leadership skills, will create an engaging atmosphere that delights guests and drives business success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents in a fast-paced, lively environment while maintaining high standards of food safety, beverage quality, and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant setting, including nightclubs, fine dining venues, or banquet events Oversee daily bar operations, including POS system management (Aloha POS, Micros POS), cash handling, and inventory control Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times Manage customer interactions to enhance guest experience through excellent customer service and personalized attention Coordinate catering and banquet services, ensuring timely setup and smooth execution of events Monitor sales performance, implement upselling strategies, and achieve revenue targets through effective sales techniques Maintain a clean, organized bar area while adhering to health standards and safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles with a focus on bar management; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability in sales, customer service, and team leadership within the food industry Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Experience with catering events or banquet service is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable experiences!
