Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as FOCUS, process payments efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Develop and suggest beverage recipes or modifications to meet guest preferences and seasonal trends. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment and ordering as needed. Comply with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety at all times. Requirements Proven experience in bartending is required. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting; prioritize tasks seamlessly during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with beverage recipe development and an understanding of brewing processes is a plus. Previous nightclub or banquet service experience is desirable; familiarity with hospitality industry practices enhances your suitability for this role.
