Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS system for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items at bars or banquet settings. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, alcohol service, and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy nights or special events such as catering or banquets. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs, restaurants, or banquet halls is preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, and alcohol service regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management are essential. Knowledge of food safety standards related to food handling and responsible alcohol service is required.
