Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS system. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized drink recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic retail math to process payments swiftly and accurately. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Uphold responsible serving practices by recognizing signs of intoxication and managing service accordingly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets, catering events, or nightclubs, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining excellent customer service. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Experience with fine dining or catering environments is a plus, showcasing versatility across different hospitality settings. Ability to perform basic math calculations confidently for cash handling and retail math scenarios. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in the food industry.
