Full-Time or Part-Time About Noir Bistrot Noir Bistrot is an upscale craft cocktail bar in Mandeville, Louisiana, specializing in handcrafted cocktails, light bites, and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for an experienced, personable, and passionate Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, enjoys connecting with guests, and understands that great bartending is about much more than making great drinks—it's about creating an experience. What You'll Do Prepare and serve high-quality craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail. Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and professional hospitality to every guest. Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and efficiently operating bar. Follow house recipes, beverage standards, and responsible alcohol service practices. Assist with opening and closing duties, bar setup, prep, and inventory. Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to create a seamless guest experience. Learn and confidently communicate our cocktail and beverage offerings. Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails, specialty drinks, and improvements to our beverage program. Help maintain the professional and welcoming atmosphere that defines Noir Bistrot. What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience required . Craft cocktail experience and knowledge strongly preferred . Working knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques. Strong communication and customer service skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
