The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Manage the bar area, including inventory control, cleanliness, and organization of supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with banquet service and catering events as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
