You will craft and serve a variety of beverages, explain our product lineup, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for Hospitality minded people to engage with guests and delivering top-tier service every shift. Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and food items. Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking; assist in managing the flow of patrons during busy hours. Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure smooth operations throughout your shift. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods using excellent time management skills. Experience serving diverse clientele in hospitality settings like restaurants or retail food industry environments. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus; experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous.
