Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest menu enhancements to elevate the guest experience. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightlife gatherings. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and brewing processes. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions seamlessly. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a lively atmosphere. Experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments is highly desirable. Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while adhering to food safety standards. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
