Job Overview We are looking for the candidate with great out going personality and the ability to handle HIGH volume FAST pace environment. You have be able to multitask quickly. All applicants must have previous experience as well as a D.L./ID or Passport/Birth Cert and Social Security Card. We do conduct a back ground screening. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt, friendly service. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management and organization skills. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling, while balancing registers at shift end. Engage with guests to promote sales, suggest menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed, ensuring smooth operations during high-volume periods. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing Food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in various settings including nightclubs and catering events. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, brewing processes, and serving standards in the food industry. Previous experience working with retail math or cash registers is preferred. $75.00 - $350.00 per day
