Job Description

Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. This position helps create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with all alcohol service laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards. Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Accurately process guest orders, payments, and transactions. Monitor guest consumption and address issues professionally when necessary. Assist with inventory management, stocking, and replenishing bar supplies. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for bar equipment, glassware, and work areas. Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a positive guest experience. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred. Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment.
Pay:
$5.00 - $9.00 per hour
