Job Description
Bartender Great Bartenders must have great people skills in order to be the life of the party. Great Bartenders need to keep guests entertained in addition to extensive knowledge of alcohol and cocktails of all types. We look for bartenders who have the following necessary skills to perform all their job functions well: Guest service
- bartenders are entertainers as well as drink servers, which requires excellent guest service and good people skills Salesmanship
- bartenders make suggestions and teach guests and upsell drink orders Communication skills
- positively engage with guests at the bar and team member Computer skills
- use point of sale systems and other computer programs, we seek professionals with basic computer skills Physical stamina
- spend most of their working hours on their feet and performing for guests by flipping glasses and making drinks with flourishing, entertaining movements You are an ideal candidate for this position if you are about: Classic Cocktails Excellent social and organizational skills High-energy and creative, who possesses excellent guest service and sales skills Leadership Working in a high-volume and fast paced environment Thinking outside of the box Holding yourself to the highest standards of integrity
