Overtime Bar & Grill at Teamworks Teamworks is seeking fun, enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable individuals to join our team at Overtime Bar & Grill. Our restaurant serves as a valuable amenity for Teamworks members and guests, providing food and beverages before, during, and after their athletic and recreational activities. Located inside our indoor sports and recreation facility, Overtime Bar & Grill is a beer and wine establishment offering a simple menu that includes pizza, appetizers, and fried foods. We are not a traditional standalone restaurant and primarily serve our existing customer base. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to guests Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards Serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment Training Provided All team members will receive training on: Food preparation and cooking equipment POS system operation Cleaning and sanitation procedures Customer service expectations Responsible alcohol service Qualifications Successful candidates will: Be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Have strong customer service and communication skills Be able to work independently and as part of a team Follow directions and company procedures Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills Be comfortable handling cash and performing basic math functions The following experience is preferred but not required: Restaurant, serving, bartending, or catering experience Knowledge of food safety practices Experience using POS systems, including Aloha or Micros Banquet, nightclub, hospitality, or food service experience Sales and guest engagement experience
