You will be responsible for delivering exceptional drink service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer experience in our lively burger bar setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (classic cocktails, craft beers, signature drinks, wine, and non-alcoholic options) Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times Accurately take drink and food orders, process payments, and handle cash and POS transactions Recommend drink pairings with our signature burgers and menu items Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner while managing high-volume service Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws and regulations (including proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service) Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations Monitor guest consumption and intervene appropriately when necessary Keep up-to-date knowledge of our menu, specials, and seasonal offerings Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of professional bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment (preferred) Strong knowledge of mixology, craft cocktails, beer, and wine TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain one) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be 21+ years of age Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for hospitality
