Server/Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service while crafting delightful beverages for our guests. Whether in a lively nightclub setting or an upscale fine dining establishment, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your expertise and hospitality. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the drink menu. Process transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system. Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service as needed. Uphold all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, SPOT ON POS, is advantageous. A background in food service or hospitality is a plus, contributing to an understanding of overall guest satisfaction.
