ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge of all beverage/cocktail options and specials Answer questions regarding beverage/cocktail options. Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system. Receive payment from the customer and process change. Prepare beverages ordered. Provide ultimate customer service in an efficient, courteous manner. Uphold sanitation and safety principles.. Dispense alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with policy, procedure, and legal requirements.

OTHER DUTIES

As needed or assigned. All food and beverage staff work as a team to support one another in the delivery of exceptional service. Licenses, Registrations, and/or

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Prior bartender experience required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to read, understand, and follow through with simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to perform work tasks that require bending, stooping climbing, and reaching. Basic math skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must be able to safely perform the essential duties for the position, with or without, reasonable accommodation.

TYPICAL WORK ENVIRONMENTS
